Thorough work, down to the last detail

Grigor Construction builds custom homes and commercial projects the careful way: plumb foundations, straight framing, clean finishes, and a builder who keeps you informed from the first site visit to the final walkthrough.

What We Build

Services

One builder from the ground up, so every stage is done with the next one in mind. Good finishes start with a level foundation and plumb walls.

How We Work

A Clear Process, Start to Finish

Building is a big decision. You should know what happens next, what it costs and who is on your job, at every step.

  1. Consultation & Site Visit

We meet, walk the lot or property, and talk through your plans, priorities, budget and timeline. You get straight answers, not a sales pitch.

  2. Plans, Estimate & Permits

We review your plans or help you finalize them, then give you a detailed written estimate and schedule. We line up permits before work begins.

  3. Construction

Work proceeds in the right order, with regular updates and photos. Any changes are agreed in writing and priced before work proceeds, so there are no surprises.

  4. Inspections & Walkthrough

We coordinate the required inspections, then walk the finished work with you. Anything that isn't right goes on the list and gets fixed.

  5. Handover & Follow-Up

You get the keys, the paperwork and a builder who still picks up the phone after the job is done.

Our Work

Projects

Real photos from our job sites, from foundation walls to finished tile. The quality is in the work you can't see as much as the work you can.

About

Grigor Construction

Grigor Construction was built on a simple idea: do the work thoroughly, pay attention to the details, and treat every project as if it were our own home.

We take a project from bare ground to a finished building and stay involved the whole way. That means checking layouts twice, keeping the site clean and organized, and taking care of the details the inspector and the homeowner will both notice.

“Be not wise in thine own eyes: fear the Lord, and depart from evil”

FAQ

Common Questions

Straight answers to what homeowners ask most.

How much does a custom home cost?

There's no honest "average price" for a custom home. Cost depends on size, the lot and site work, the foundation type, how complex the design is, and the finishes you choose. After we walk the site and review your plans, we give you a detailed written estimate so you can see where the money goes.

How long does a build take?

It depends on the size and complexity of the project, permitting, and weather. You'll get a realistic schedule with your estimate, and we'll keep you updated if anything changes.

What happens if I want to change something mid-build?

Changes happen, and that's fine. We write up the change and its cost, and you approve it before the work is done. No surprise invoices at the end.

How will I know how the project is going?

You'll get regular updates with photos, and you can always reach us directly. You should never have to wonder what's happening on your job.

What should I bring to the first meeting?

Whatever you have: plans or sketches, photos of homes you like, your lot information, and a rough budget and timeline. If you're just starting out, that's fine too. We can help you work out the next steps.
